Basketball Project - Eshkol Team

On May 15th, New York welcomed the Eshkol basketball team whose players hail from some of the hardest hit kibbutzim on October 7, including Be'eri and Nir Oz. One of their coaches was tragically killed during the attack.

Each player lost many loved ones that day and one player was held hostage for 50 days and, upon release, learned that his mother had been murdered. Many await the release of hostages with whom they share a deep connection.

The opportunity to help these teens return to the sport they love, and being trusted with their well-being while they travel thousands of miles from home, is a true honor. Our team has been working tirelessly over the past few weeks in preparation for the players’ trip to Port Washington and New York City. It’s always incredible to see the magic that unfolds when we come together.

Many of you have heard P24 founder, Daniel Gradus, present our vision and are subsequently eager to support P24 through projects like It’s a Date and Lifeline Art.

Other projects are sometimes funded through micro-funding whereby everyone contributes as they wish. The collective result is the ability to fund things like flights and related expenses. This is one such project and we invite you to be a part of it.

Please spread the word among those also looking to do good!
